I just wanted to say that I feel really good about our coaching staff, as good as I have in a long time. I preface that by saying I felt really good about Nick Saban`s first staff (Dom Capers at DC, several good college guys also). The biggest thing I measure coaches on is development: our safeties are now ranked the top tandem in the NFL. And they are young. Our QB`s (all 3) appear to be improving. I really like Coyle and Sherman as coordinators, and like how Philbin delegates, and leads with words and action. He doesnt lead by shouting.
Sherman might, though! Your thoughts?
