Number likely to be kept: 5
On the 2009 opening-day roster: RB Ronnie Brown, RB Ricky Williams, RB Patrick Cobbs, RB Lex Hilliard, FB Lousaka Polite
The big training camp question: Can Brown and Cobbs return to full strength after both sustained season-ending injuries in 2009?
Analysis: This is a position that, at first glance, features a tremendous amount of depth. But it won't be long before the Dolphins need help at this spot. Brown now has sustained two major injuries in the last three years and -- barring a major surprise -- will be in a contract year; Williams turned 33 in May and he also has said that 2010 would be his last year; and Cobbs does have to show he's back from his 2009 torn ACL. So this is one of those positions where the Dolphins logically should be very good, but nonetheless should have some apprehension. Keep an eye on youngster Kory Sheets, who just might make the roster if he can show some explosiveness as a kickoff returner in camp and the preseason.
Who will make the team: Brown, Williams, Cobbs, Hilliard, Polite
