It's now five down with four to go when it comes to signing the Dolphins' 2009 draft picks. Former Ohio State wide receiver Brian Hartline, the team's fourth-round pick, became the latest to sign when he agreed to a multi-year deal.

Hartline's contract reportedly is worth a little less than $2 million over four years, with a $500,000 signing bonus.

Prior to Hartline, the other draft picks to sign were third-round choice Patrick Turner, fifth-rounder John Nalbone, sixth-rounder Andrew Gardner and seventh-round pick J.D. Folsom.

The four remaining unsigned draft picks are first-round choice Vontae Davis, the two No. 2s (Pat White and Sean Smith) and safety Chris Clemons, the fifth-round selection from Clemson.
