Yet Another DB

Posted Apr 15, 2008

The Dolphins continue to stockpile defensive backs, adding yet another safety this week. This time it's a rookie who didn't play in the NFL last season after going undrafted in 2007.

The newest member of the Dolphins is Will Billingsley, a safety from North Carolina A&T.

The 5-10, 195 native of Fort Wayne, Ind., played three years at North Carolina A&T and finished with 109 tackles, two interceptions and 10 passes defensed.

Billingsley became the fifth defensive back signed by the Dolphins this offseason, following CB Joey Thomas, CB Nathan Jones, S Keith Davis and S Chris Crocker.
