Coach Cam Cameron

Cam Cameron and Randy Mueller apparently have had a change of heart when it comes to defensive tackle Kevin Vickerson. A week after failing to make him a qualifying offer as an exclusive-rights free agent, the Dolphins decided to re-sign the former seventh-round pick.

The big defensive tackle has yet to play a game in the NFL, having spent his rookie season of 2005 on injured reserve and all of 2006 on the inactive list.

Vickerson, who does has physical ability, was allocated to NFL Europa so he can gain some playing experience this spring.
