"Mark is very encouraging," Wannstedt said. "He is such a good athlete. He's going to find a way to get the jod done. He always has."It's already been pretty well established that Dixon is a good athlete — he is considered one of the best basketball players on the team, if not the best.
In addition, the fact that Dixon is always so hard on himself works in his favor because this is guy who will never slack off.
"I caught him in there (training camp facility) watching tape and I thought he was watching Houston's tape," said Wannstedt said. "Again, he was watching tape of Jason Taylor at 7 this morning."
Dixon's first major step will come in the next preseason game, next Saturday night at Houston.
