No More Moore

After the Dolphins' trade of Eddie Moore to New Orleans was nullified because of Moore's failed physical with the Saints, it seemed to only delay the inevitable. And that inevitable happened Friday when the Dolphins waived Moore on the eve of training camp.

In the end, all Moore's failed physical caused was cost the Dolphins a chance to land linebacker Courtney Watson, who eventually was traded to Buffalo.

The Dolphins' second-round pick in 2003, Moore ended up playing 18 games with four starts for the Dolphins.

But Moore battled injuries throughout his Miami career, spending his entire rookie season on injured reserve because of a foot injury, sustaining a knee injury late in 2004 and then going on IR last November because of continued problems with that knee.
