ROSENFELS RE-SIGNS

The Dolphins re-signed their second restricted free agent in two days Tuesday when quarterback Sage Rosenfels agreed to a one-year contract. That came one day after the Dolphins re-signed linebacker Morlon Greenwood.

They were two of the team's four restricted free agents, along with running back Travis Minor and defensive end Adewale Ogunleye, who remains the subject of trade rumors as the 2004 draft approaches.

As for Rosenfels, he appeared in two games last year, getting mop-up duty in the Thanksgiving Day rout of Dallas and in the blowout loss at Tennessee.

He threw passes only in the Tennessee game, completing 4 of 6 for 50 yards and a touchdown, a 21-yarder to rookie tight end Donald Lee.

Rosenfels once again figures to be the Dolphins' No. 3 quarterback, this time behind newcomer A.J. Feeley and Jay Fiedler.
