The Dolphins' 2012 schedule

The home opener is vs. Carson Palmer and Oakland.

Every team is mandated to have at least one prime-time game in 2012, and that's all the Dolphins will get. And that game will come on the road. At home, it's seven 1 p.m. and a 4:15 p.m. start against the Oakland Raiders in Week 2 on Sept. 16.

The Dolphins will not have to play three road games in a row at any point, nor do they have three consecutive home games. The bye comes in Week 6, on the weekend of Oct. 21.
